Services Delivery Policy
After successful registration, all classes at QuranLearnLive are conducted through live online sessions.
Students will receive a fixed class schedule for their online Quran lessons. It is important to attend classes regularly according to the assigned schedule.

Class timings can only be changed in case of an emergency and must be approved by the QuranLearnLive Admin Team.
If you need to take leave from a class, please inform us at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time by contacting:

If prior notice is given, we will arrange a make-up class.
However, if a student misses a class without prior notification, the academy will not be responsible for arranging a make-up class.
We do not provide refunds for missed classes. However, make-up classes may be arranged if the student informs the administration in advance.
Teachers always try to start classes on time. If a class does not start due to any issue, please notify us immediately via WhatsApp. If no report is made, QuranLearnLive will not be responsible for the missed class.
Referral Policy
Students are not allowed to contact or refer new students directly to teachers.
If any student attempts to bypass the academy and communicate with teachers regarding private lessons, it will be considered a violation of academy policy.
Such actions may result in disciplinary action or suspension of the teacher.

Refund Policy
QuranLearnLive offers 2 days of free trial classes so students can evaluate our teaching method.
If you are not satisfied during the trial period, no payment will be required.
Students who decide not to continue after the trial may request a full refund if payment has already been made.
However, once the monthly subscription has started and classes are in progress, fees are non-refundable.
Missed classes due to student absence are not refundable, although make-up classes may be arranged if advance notice is provided.
Privacy Policy
At QuranLearnLive, we respect and protect your privacy.
All personal information provided by students is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties.
The only information we may request includes:
- Phone number
- Email address
- Skype ID
This information is used solely for class communication and scheduling.
Your Skype ID will be shared with your assigned teacher so that classes can be conducted smoothly.
If your Skype account contains your phone number, it may automatically become visible to staff members connected through Skype. If you prefer privacy, you may remove your phone number from your Skype account.

The information you provide to us will only be used to contact you regarding your classes or in case of technical issues.
Please make sure to provide a valid phone number and email address so we can reach you if needed.
Your personal data will be used only for service delivery, and we take all necessary measures to protect it.
We never sell, rent, or distribute your personal information to anyone.
Payment Policy
Students may agree on a convenient payment date with the administration.

We try to keep payment schedules flexible whenever possible.
After submitting your fees, please ensure that you receive a receipt or confirmation message on your registered number within five days. If you do not receive confirmation, kindly contact us immediately.
